CSV  Now  Philippines  views  information  security  as  essential  to  the  smooth operation of our business processing outsourcing service business.

CSV Now Philippines is fully committed to ensuring the Confidentiality, Integrity, and  Availability  of  information,  and  we have implemented  an  Information Security Management System (ISMS) that includes information security policies, procedures, and a thorough risk management framework to effectively protect  the  data  and  information  of  the  organization  and  its stakeholders, including clients, from security threats, whether internal or external. The management of CSV Now Philippines is committed to ensure that:

● The confidentiality of information is protected and unauthorized disclosure of information is prevented.

● The  integrity  of  information  is  preserved  to  ensure  its  accuracy  and completeness.

● The availability of information is maintained to meet business needs and client’s requirements.

● Information  Security  Objectives  are  established,  monitored,  reviewed, and acted upon.

● Applicable  legal,  regulatory,  and  contractual  requirements  related  to information security are met and regularly reviewed.

● Awareness among the employees of information security risks is enhanced through regular training and appropriate initiatives.

● Appropriate resources are allocated to implement, operate, and review an effective Information Security Management System.

● The  organization  continually  improves  the  suitability,  adequacy,  and effectiveness of the information security management system and practices the same through various strategic and operational initiatives.

This Information Security Policy will be reviewed on a regular basis and will be communicated to all relevant internal and external interested parties using the appropriate methods.
